Weekly Breaks -
Our house is available all year round and is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
Short Breaks - Short
breaks of three days are available for couples during the weeks
indicated, at the reduced rate of 60% of the weekly rate.
Deposits - Deposit is £90. Balance 12 weeks
before due date.
Linen - All bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths
are included in the rent.
Fuel - The home has full gas central heating and
a coal effect electric fire. All gas and electricity is included in the
price.
Children - A cot and high chair are available free of
charge, by prior arrangement please.
Dogs - One well behaved pet is welcome.
Smoking - The house is non-smoking only.
