The sitting-room has a colour TV and video, and is really cozy even on cold winter evenings.
The fully fitted kitchen incorporates a gas hob, double electric oven with grill, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The well laid out dining kitchen has an extendable table with seating for six people.
There is a good sized utility/boiler room with a washing machine, tumble drier and large pulley, and plenty of storage for walkers or cyclists kit and pack. There is also a very convenient WC and washbasin.
There is a large understairs cupboard which could be used for bikes, golf clubs or a child’s buggy and a fully enclosed courtyard, suitable for sitting out in and for storing bicycles.
The stairway and all upper floors benefit from good quality carpeting and fresh paintwork.

also benefits from the privacy of an en-suite shower room.
The twin bedroom opposite has a sunny character and a relaxing view to the Bowling Green opposite.
SECOND FLOOR
The second twin room can be a quiet retreat, however, across the hall the luxurious bathroom is the ideal escape for soaking away the aches and pains of the day.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All the equipment you require for your self-catering holiday is provided including glasses, cutlery and crockery for six people, fuel, bed linen, hand-towels, kitchen cloths and tea-towels.
